Who are we?

We are a family owned business that began in 1994 by Angus and Jane Borthwick. Angus is 5th generation of Thomas Borthwick & Sons, the internationally renowned meat company so it was in his blood to work in food.

We look at trends and work very closely with some of the world’s best manufacturer’s both domestically and internationally to create innovative products for you that are imaginative and not readily seen in the marketplace. Our philosophy is to work with you in developing a product that meets your high standards in the gourmet frozen and chilled arena.

Our motto is to not have any preservatives or additives in our products to make as clean a label wherever possible.

We currently import from Europe, UK and Asia and export to Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Philippines, & China.
